DongGuan Fong Yi Precision Tooling Co., Ltd is a professional company engaging in checking fixture & jig of automotive, a hi-tech intensive enterprise incorporating research, design, manufacture and maintenance. Fong Yi was founded in Taiwan in 1993 and built factory in China mainland 2005. The company carries on the management according to the ISO9001 quality system .
•Making more than 700 sets checking fixture every year and 4 million US dollars annual turnover,with 70 members in total, which includes 15 professional designers, 10 CMM measurement engineers, 5 QC engineers, and more than 20 technical persons in workshop. Business include white body parts, internal & external trim, metal sheet and welding sheet part checking fixtures and tooling jigs, and the customers we serviced before include Ford, GM, Volks Wagen, Benz, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda and so on, the market located in Europe (UK, France ), America ( USA, Brazil), Asia (Japanese, Indonesia, India, China).
•As well, weconstantly introduce new equipments and related professional trainings to improve the fixture manufacturing abilities and international competitiveness.And the machines are one unit Hexagon CMM from Italian (3300 x 2000 x 1500mm), three units Tokyo Trade CMM (2100*1740*900mm), four CNC (2100*1740*900mm) *1 ，（1500*820*700mm）*1,（800*500*600mm）*2, Grading machine, Milling machine and other machines.
